If it's a really private question, then I would email your advocate or the folks at Protected Tomorrows. Also, the MESSAGE button above will allow you to Private Message another user.
Oh, and there's a kinda inbetween posting. If it's semi-private, and you are a subscriber to the online stages, you can post to the Private Client Manager discussion. Those posts are private to other subscribers.
