Government benefits provide critical supports for individuals with special needs and therefore play a very important role in your plans for the future of your loved one. This workshop focuses on this critical and complex step in the planning process. Specific topics covered include: types of government benefits; asset and income limitations for each program; how to create more income without jeopardizing benefits, including PASS planning; an application process primer; and what to expect once benefits are obtained.
